From supervision training to intervision learning?

I have been delivering training for many years now and have always been more confident around outcomes in terms of some topics than others. One topic I have often been asked to deliver on is reflective supervision. I have spent a great deal of time trying to ensure that my training in this area has been both practical and research informed, but I have never been fully confident about the actual impact of this training.
